Australian resident

For Australian social security, someone who resides in Australia and holds the right status. That means an Australian citizen, the holder of a permanent visa, or a protected Special Category visa holder. The Agreement with New Zealand widens it to every New Zealand citizen lawfully living in Australia on a Special Category visa.
