Beneficiary

Whoever is set down to receive what is in an account after its holder dies. The three countries answer it differently: an American account passes to whoever is named on it and a will does not redirect that, an Australian fund follows a binding nomination or its trustee decides, and KiwiSaver has no nomination at all.
