Significant financial hardship

One of the grounds for taking KiwiSaver money out early. The Act lists what counts, from being unable to meet minimum living expenses to the cost of medical treatment or a dependant's funeral. The supervisor has to be satisfied other sources of funding have been explored and exhausted.
